I filed a HELP with webroot 90 minutes ago and nothing!!!

Threat removal sometimes does take a while...please take a look at this previous thread for some information on this.
As for the SUpport Team not responding after 90 minutes...that also can happen...it just depends on how much they have in the queue and the relative urgency of the issues they are processing.
From what you are describing the threat being removed is in fact a non malware related program termed a Potentially Unwanted Application or PUA. These are generally related to adware rather than malicious therats but nonetheless they need to be removed.
I do not believe that your system is in any imminent danger and would give the Support Team some additional time to get to your ticket. Please do not update it before the Support Team contact you as that will only result in it getting put back to the back of the queue.
If you have not heard from them in the next few hours then post back here and we will see what we can do to assist.
