Hi ydaltak
Welcome to the Community Forums.
We do get some of this or variations on a theme occassionally and the first thing that I would advise that you do is to unistall WSA and clean re-install, just to make sure that your original one was not in any way faulty (which can occassionally occur).
To do this please follow the instruction below:
If your subscription is directly through Webroot, you will need to contact Webroot Support. You can do so by submitting a Support Ticket if you have not already done so, or by phone during business hours. (The online Ticketing system is manned 24/7)
If your subscription is through Best Buy Subscription Software services, you may need to call them at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD.
Please do let us know how you get on, etc.
Regards, Baldrick

To do this please follow the instruction below:
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if offered the option as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

i am unable to uninstall webroot. i tried to do it from the control panel and i tried to do it from the tools menu of webroot in the start menu. i have rebooted the computer, but it's still there. what's up with this?
Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Can you try this via Start RUN or the Command Prompt? https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/PC-Uninstallation-Option-Missing-from-Control-Panel-and-Start/ta-p/34688
Thanks,
Daniel 😉

i was finally able to uninstall webroot using a utility called absolute uninstaller. then i booted the system and reinstalled webroot. i need to wait until some emails show up in my account before i can test it, because that's where my problems were. i'll let you know!
If you continue to have issues it would be best to Submit a Support Ticket so they can look into it and gather some logs and they will get you sorted.
Thanks,
Daniel 😉

after uninstalling webroot, rebooting and reinstalling webroot everything seems to be working fine. i did have an issue with my extended clipboard program not working correctly. but i went to its forum and found an article that talked about a known problem working it with webroot and the simple solution. so now that's working fine, too. thanks for your help!
