I have not encountered this one before but obviously the first thing to check (in case you have not) is that you are entering your keycode correctly.  If you believe that you are then please advise as to where you have received from.

 

Alternatively, you could try an uninstall, reboot and then clean install (no importing of previous preferences) a new copy of the current version (Redownload My Product).  Failing that I would then log a support ticket (Open a Support Ticket) and elt Support Take a look at the issue.
