I bought a package that allows me to install the antivirus in 3 devices, I installed the product in all my 3 computers, In the two first devices shows that the product is active and says something like "subscription 727 days" but on my third devise says "subscription expired", what do I have to do so in my third devise gives me the same "subscription days"

Hi glareni
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please first check that the keycode you have entered is the same as the one on the other two devices. Is it possible that you have just renewed, by buying a new package rather than adding more time to your previous subscription, and the 3rd machine is using the previous keycode which has now expired?
You can check the keycode in use on each instance of WSA by clicking on the 'My Account' tab in the main WSA panel, which will reveal additional information on the version, version no. & keycode in use.

yes I just checked the keycode and yes is been updated, all three computers have the same Keycode
and still the problem is not solved
Hi glareni
OK, it may then be a faulty installation of WSA on your 3rd machine so I would suggest we factor that out by you undertaking an uninstall/clean re-install on just that machine. To do so do as follows:
If your subscription is directly through Webroot, you will need to contact Webroot Support. You can do so by submitting a Support Ticket if you have not already done so, or by phone during business hours. (The online Ticketing system is manned 24/7)
If your subscription is through Best Buy Subscription Software services, you may need to call them at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD.

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
