Sounds like a SCAM with that phone number linked to Chrome browser. Do you have a ad blocker installed on Chrome? Like these here?

 I am not finding any information about this malware. Now I would  Submit a Support Ticket and have them take a look.This is a free service with a Webroot subscription.
