Hi toddwilsonco
Welcome to Community Forums.
If you are running WSA, which I assume you are as you are posting here, would you check something out for me in relation to WSA & QuickBooksPro interaction?
We need to look at that the WSA Identity Protection features to make sure that they are OK...so please click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the Identity Protection tab in the main WSA panel. Once there click on the Application Protection tab, then look down the list of application listed on the lefthand side of the panel displayed. When you find the .exe related QuickBooksPro check what the setting is on righthand side of the entry line. If it is current it set as 'Deny' or 'Allow' switch the status to 'Protect' and then close WSA.
A setting of 'Allow' or Protect' will mean that the application have full access to data on the system, whereas 'Deny' may impede the apss correct fucntioning...so best to make sure that WSA is not likely to cause you any issues.
If the main QuickBooksPro exectutable is not listed as per abov you can add it using the 'Add Application' button, making sure that you set the status to 'Protect' and then quit WSA.
Now I suggest that you try using QuickBooksPro again and see if you get a repeat performance or not...hopefully not...but if you do then I suspect that you can rule WSA out of the mix.
Do post back and let us know how you get on.
Regards, Baldrick

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Can you turn off WSA to see if QB will work then we can rule that out! Right Click on the Webroot Tray Icon and see picture to Shut down.
Thanks,
Daniel ;)

Hi Daniel,
I tried shutting down Webroot and that did not solve my issue with Quickbooks. Is there a way to troubleshoot Quickbooks by itself?

Todd
