Hello John,
Are you talking about your Online Account Console? Could you give us some more information such as how many PCs is Webroot suppose to protect? Did this just happen? Has your subscription run out? Did you create on online console as shown here. http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C1_GetStarted/CH1b_CreatingAccount.htm
Regards,

Hi John
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you have checked everything that Sherry has suggested you check and you are happy that you have recorded the keycode that you have activated WSA with on the PC that is not showing up in the Web Console, then I would try running a Manual Scan (using the Scan My Computer option in the main WSA panel).
That should initiate a transfer fo data between the Cloud and you PC's copy of WSA, and hopefully further to that the indication of protection should appear correctly in My Console.
Hope that helps?
Regards, Baldrick
