Yes, I have a macbook pro laptop. My subscription has not expired. I continue to have this problem. Thank you!

In this case I would advise uninstalling and reinstalling Webroot and that should resolve the issue for you.
If it does not, I would advise creating a support ticket or giving our team a call and they can resolve this for you free of charge.

Also look here to see if you have your Webroot Shields enabled.
Has Webroot scanned your Mac for any threats? Also reboot your Mac and see if its still showing the blue exclamation mark.
