Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum,

 

 

Please take a look at this KB article which should help by putting all the information re. areas that WSA can 'interfere' (for want of a better word) with apps/files and where the user can intervene and adjust settings, to "Allow," "Protect/Monitor," or "Block/Deny".

 

Essentially, there are 3 such areas:

 

1. PC Security > Quarantine > Detection Configuration

2. Identity & Privacy > Protected Applications

3. System Tools > System Control > Control Active Processes

 

Which I would recommend that you look at in succession to see if you can determine where the issue lies and then adjust settings as suggested by the KB article.
