My webroot program screen says I have 394 days left on my subscription (can't be true), but a recent email from webroot indicates the subscription is almost up.  Which one do I believe?  Does webroot contact me by email when the subscription is ready to expire?

Would you tell me if this is a Webroot Subscription or Best Buy?

 

You could call and find out if your Webroot has expired. I don't think but I'm not sure if Webroot sends out emails to renew. As I do believe Best Buy does send email.

Maybe @ could also find out about your expiring keycode if you can't reach anyone at these numbers provided below.(Right Nic?)

  1. If you originally purchased at Best Buy and you would like to renew the same keycode, call Best Buy Assurance at 1-800-433-5778. Be sure to mention your subscription software through Best Buy.
