The installion date in My Programs says 1- 14-2015, which would mean it did install,. However I am still getting warning that it si expiring in one hour. I've been to my Dashboard and can not find anywhere to just click on install version 2 of 3 on the disk. So, I'm totally lost.  BTW, I'm old as dirt too. So be simple in explaination, please.  I did not uninstall previous version. But now afraid to as the current date did show for todays install... I don't want to use Version # 3 up in the process.  Thanks.
Hi pinky

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Would you be able to advise as to what you mean by "3 part subscription"? Are you saying that you have a subscription for WSA Antivirus that is good for 3 seats?  If that is the case then rest assured that this does not mean that you only have three attempts to install...but that you can install WSA on up to 3 separate devices.

Please clarify the above and the we can lookmto move forward re. the rest of your issue.

I have a disk for Webroot that is good for 3 seperate divises. I used one a year ago on my PC. that means their are two remaining subscriptions left on CD to install.  Or  3 Applications of Webroot.  I can't seem to get the second Application to load. Hope that clarifies what I'm having trouble with.  Thanks for your hlep, pinky
Was wondering if you have to uninstall a previous version of Webroot before installing a new version>? Also Where can you find a listing of subscriptions? Seems to me last year I did see all three subscriptions listed. If I could find this screen, I could just click on the next subscription. We have purchased these versions of Webroot before, but I can' remember how to install. Last year it did say I did have two remaining subscriptions. Thanks, pinky

When you use the first one you should install the others as the time counts down when first installed so it looks like you will have to buy a new one http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/ or renew. http://www.webroot.com/us/en/renewal

Hi Pinky

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings but what you purchased was ONE license for THREE devices NOT 3 licenses.  As a result once you activated your keycode a year ago that ONElicense staryed running down for ALL 3 devices.

So effectively you are currently unlicenced at this time, and if ypu would like to continue using WSA you will need to renew your subscription, perhaps this time for just ONE device if you actually do not have more than one to protect.

Best option now is to contact Webroot Sales, explain your position and see what they can offer you going forward in the light of this.

When I did install it a year ago, I checked after installation and it did show I had two other subscriptions.  I thank all for your time and trouble to help me.  You're most kind, pinky
It's for 3 Devices but all for one year so if you don't need 3 devices just get 1 device AV only: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/

HTH,

Hi Pinky

You are most welcome.  As I said...sorry to be the provider of bad news in this case.

Here's hoping that this episode has not put you off being a WSA user? ;)
