Does WR secure against the "JS/Nemucod" trojan?

Hi smartin
Welcome to the Community Forums.
GIven that this trojan was first seen about a year ago I would say that it is a safe bet that WSA does indeed proect against it, as it does the vast majority of malware out there.
May I ask as to why you are asking?
Regards, Baldrick

I got a undeliverable email from my company's postmaster saying a message was not delivered to the intended recipients because malware was detected where I had not sent a message to anyone. At the bottom end of this notification it had JS/Nemucod. I did a search of that. My Webroot has been scanning regularly with no evidence of this trojan.
Hi smartin
Thanks for the further information.
From what you describe then this could be an attack as the JS/Nemucod downlaoder is usually delivered as an email attachment, so hopefully there was no attachement to your email and the message seems to indicate that a trojan has been removed.
If WSA has found nothing then I suspect that you are safe...but if you have any doubs or want reassurance then I would Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know, and if required, investigate remotely.
