I'm almost through my second year of using Webroot antivirus and have been well-pleased with it....but I'm now having a problem and, due to my lack of computer knowledge, I don't have a clue as to what is happening....several months ago, my computer started crashing and after I restart, a small window comes up with the following message:

This would happen almost to the same time everyday for awhile, then stop, and it would happen again at random, but always the same time or just a few minutes difference......it also did this in the late evening a couple of times....so I started a Webroot scan, but the computer still crashed at the same time that day, with the scan running.....could this mean that someone can see everything on my computer???
Another thing that is happening, not everyday but on many occasions in the past, is that my DVD drive door will open and close many times, don't have a clue to what causes that.....
One more question, is there any way to track who's doing all this crap??? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.....

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
It's hard to say without looking at the Dump Files and not sure if it's related to WSA? You can go here and ask them to look at your Dump Files and they will let you know what is the cause. The only reason i would recommend this Forum as it's Managed by many Microsoft MVP's and they do a great job and very trustworthy so it's up to you. https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-crashes-kernel-debugging/
https://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-crashes-kernel-debugging/68-blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-8-1-8-7-vista.html
Or do as ProTruckDriver as advised.
Thanks,
-Daniel
