I am a new user. I am very disappointed to say the least.
The first thing I noticed after installing your software was that the only option was to do a complete scan. Unfortunately a complete scan will take what looks like more than 24 hours. I then noticed there was no way to pause a scan or resume a scan. I noticed that although it identified a file that it found suspicious I cannot see what that suspicious file is, or what newly identified identified threat was until the scan is completed. There is no option to end the scan and deal with the threats found so far.
Secondly I noticed there was no way to simply disable the antivirus temporarily. This is a must have feature at times in order to isolate potential problems.
Thirdly, upon reboot I noticed that the boot time was horrendous. Even after I was logged in any action took forever. Desktop icons took forever to load. Programs that normally loaded in a split second took minutes to load. Some programs that have been running forever correctly and had never been identified by any previous antivirus suddenly stopped working. (Again no way to disable the antivirus?). Resource Monitor shows ridiculous disk activity.
I am running Windows 7 64-bit on a quad core 3.4 GHz machine with 16 MB of RAM.
Is there any reason to believe that these problems will improve with continued use? And is there no way to pause scan? And do I really have to complete a 24 hour plus scan in order to see what threats have been found and deal with them? Is there no way temporarily disable the antivirus with one click and then turn it back on?
Unless I can find solutions to these problems I would like uninstall and request a refund.
PS: And another unrelated thing. I noticed that all of my company's google search results are flagged as suspicous. I've been publishing law as a public service on the Internet for Texas government since 1997. My site has NEVER trasnmitted anything malicious EVER. Your software is damaging my company's reputation. I am looking into this as well.

I uninstalled your antivirus and all the problems disappered. How do I request a refund? And to whom do I address the issue of my domain's classification?
Hello Steviebone
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
I am sorry to hear you are having these issues. First of all Webroot shouldn't take 24 hours to scan so if you would just try a uninstall/reinstall of We4broot I believe this will fix your issues. Also you can right click on Webroot in the taskbar and click shut down and then enter the Captcha.
Please follow the steps closely!
Then you have free Webroot Support by simply Submitting a Support Ticket and they can check this all out for you.
Hope this helps?

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

Thank you for your prompt attention. If you add some of the features I mentioned, mainly the ability to turn the protection on/off, and identify and fix found threats without completing a full scan I would consider another try in the future.
Your welcome Steviebone.....
