Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
On your Online Console you probably have a few with the same computer name so just Deactivate the ones that are not active anymore, the best way to check is to click on each system listed and check for the last time a scan was done and that will tell which ones to deactivate please see here for more info: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/How-to-Deactivate-a-PC/ta-p/31240 and if you deactivate the wrong one just reactivate and see here for more info: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/How-to-Reactivate-a-PC/ta-p/28954
Please let us know how it goes and if you don't want to do it please Submit a Support Ticket and they will take care of it for you!
Thanks,
Daniel 😉

I tried your suggestion and after clicking PC Security I did not get a "Commands" Tab that would allow a deactivate selection. Still a problem!
Then the best thing to do is Submit a Support Ticket and they will take care of it for you!
Thanks,
