 Paid to renew all 3 licenses for my mobile devices. WR still showing expired. I have the receipts,and have written twice to support about this.  Now one of my devices is reading infected. 

 

I've included the receipts in the support ticket and as of right now, all 3 devices remain unprotected.  I woutd think that support would want to get this taken care of  ASAP, as I cannot  use any of my devices, incuding my phone with expired WR that I renew 3 times in the past week.

My advice would be to uninstall/reinstall Webroot mobile on 2 of your devices. Please wait for the Support team to respond to the device that is infected . Support usually responds in 24-48 hours.
