How can I use password in the metro version of Windows 8.1?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
The short answer is...you cannot. There is no Modern UI/Tablet interface version of the Webroot Password Manager, as far as I am aware. I have a Windows Tablet running WSA under WIn 8.1 and I have not been able to find it.
