maybe this has to do with the fact that m WSA Gamer's Edition license was canceled and I got a new license, regardless, when I install WSA AV which I did for my laptop and now my mom's laptop, after the scan and waiting for more than a day, both PCs don't show up on my online account when I go to PC security.

 

please help

Please make sure you are using the email address I've sent you in a private message as your log in. I checked on the back end and everything looks like it's in order. The update may be taking longer than you expected. Has it been 24 hours since you ran the scan?

I am using the email which is in my account and till now my devices are 0
I also just run the manual update to the latest version then ran a scan but same result
