Hello ponythoughts,

Welcome to the Community!

Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
You can also submit a Support Ticket free of charge with a active Subscription.

Please let us know if that resolves your issue?

Thanks,
To add to what Sherry has said, the lpplugin.dll file is specifically for the Password Manager toolbar extention in IE.

You should be able to fix this by using the Webroot Toolbar Fix  This will remove the existing version of the toolbar, download and install the current version, on IE, Chrome and Firefox all in one run.  (Rather quick and handy eh?)

I am surprised to see this error actually as this problem was initially caused by a Windows Update around a year ago...

Let us know if the toolbarfix and if needed the WSA Reinstall that Sherry described, fails to fix the issue.

Thanks!

EDIT:  OOPS.  I forgot to put the link onto the toolbarfix.exe file.  Thanks @ for catching that!!!  /EDIT
