Welcome to the Community Forums.
Are you referring to the WSA Status Notification panel that can popup at boot up time indicating the status of the WSA Shields? If so then removal of that is easy. Just clcik on the Advanced Settings link in the top right hand corner of the main app panel. And from the 'Install Settings' tab (which should eb the first page opened' uncheck the "Show a status notification screen on boot up", save the changes (entring the CAPTCHA characters requested, and that should do it.
If this is not the popup that you are referring to then please post back with more details.
