Can you tell us what makes you say that "...something is definitely wrong"? Has the system started running more slowly?  Are you getting unexplained pop up?  We need to know a little more so that we can look into the symptoms for you and suggest something.

 

If the PC is running more slowly then I would launch the Task Manager (let us know if you do not know how to do that), click on the Process Tab, click on the Memory Tab header so that the files are sorted in memory usage sequence decending, and note what the top FOUR highest using files are and how much each is using.  Do the same for the CPU usage, and then post back here.

 

If it is not a slowing system then please let us know what symptoms you are seeing.

Also to be sure please Submit a Support Ticket and they can look at your scan log and if infected they will remove it free of charge with you're paid subscription.
