Hello,

Is anyone having problems logging into their bank accounts, etc. where the website doesn't "recognize" you and you need to jump through security hoops to log in on your home computer?  Lately this has been happening day after day - in spite of the fact that I've checked all my settings in both Chrome and I.E. to make certain these website are listed as "Trusted" and so on.  I haven't been able to find an answer on Google's Chrome community forum.

Since I never, ever use I.E. due to its being so darned buggy . . . could this be a Webroot thing?

BTW, I do not have the Webroot Filtering Extension turned on in Chrome.

Thanks for your time.
Not here and I do banking on 4 sites and use PayPal as well on Chrome. Are you still using McAfee with WSA? Could be a conflict with the Browser ID protection with both so if you like Submit a Support Ticket and they can look into it for you.

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
Hi, thanks for your fast reply!  I submitted a trouble ticket, as you advised.

And, FYI, I uninstalled McAfee a few weeks ago.

Best,

VA
