Ok, I have determined how to do custom scans. Why won't the right click San with WebRoot work?

I am attempting to use Webroot to scan a USB drive. I right click and then click on Scan with Webroot... nothing happens. Any idea on the error?
I have also opened the webroot program; looking for a specific scan drive menu. I do not see anywhere on the user interface where I can select a specific drive to scan.
I have scanned the computer with the drive installed. In reviewing the scan report - it did not scan the USB drive.
How are external USB drives scanned using the WebRoot program? Any help is appreciated.
