hello there, i just bought a webroot secure anywhere at best buy and installed it myself, drag the icon to applications and double click the icon.

a window pop out saying webroot secure anywhere quit unexpectedly.

then the "register now" window keeps on popping out every 50 seconds, it is asking for my email address, if i click on the box from where to put the email address or even click button "continue" or button "ask me later" it will just buffer.

please help, what should i do?
