Is this renewal a where as time is added to your existing keycode so no need to enter a new one or a 'pseudo' renewal in which a new key was issued and had to be entered and activated? Let us know if you need to enter a new keycode.
Also was this renewal through Best Buy or Webroot online? If from Best Buy then you can call them at 1-800-GeekSquad.
