Yesterday I renewed Webroot and was charged on my credit card.  Today I got a message that I am not connected because I did not enter the code.  When I tried to enter the code it seems like I have to renew again.  I don't want to be charged twice.  please advise. Gail Solt

When you renewed was it through Webroot or via another site? And did the renewal involve you receiving a new keycode or not? In terms of entring the keycode & trying to activate it did you go through the following screen/options?

 



 

If then please try again followkng the above guidance.

 

If you have already tried the above then I would recommend that you contact the Sales Team about the renewal on US: 1-866-612-4268 or UK: 0 870 141 7070, to advise them of what has occurred, and they should be able to assist.
