Hi hollins79
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I do not understand what "Run" you are pressing? Would you be able to be more specific as to exactly what you are doing, where & what exactly happens when you do it?
Many thanks, Baldrick

Hi Hollins,
Click on the gear icon next to "account" (in the webroot GUI) and add your subscription key. Then click on renew. I had to read the renewal email to figure this out. You would have thought once you clicked download that there would have been popups guiding you through the installation.

Hi hollins79
If you did a 'real' renewal, i.e., added time to your existing subscripption then there is no need to xo anything further as the existing subscription will be updated. If however your renewal was a 'pseudo' one, i.e., your received a new keycode then you will indeed need to enter it into WSA and activate it as described above.
Further, where did you purchase WSA from originally? Was it from Best Buy or Webroot directly or a reselller/store other than Best Buy?
If from Best Buy, and also the Best Buy version of WSA then pleased be advised that in the case of a 'real' renewal, i.e., adxition of time to existing keycode/subscription, the payment and therefore the addition of the renewal period time does not occur until the actual day of expiry, even if you provided your card details and appear to have completed the transcation priro to the actual expiry date.
But as I said previously please explIn precizely what you are doing tonget what you are describing.
Regards, Baldrick
