Hi mounl01
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the restore. I would doubt that the issue is the Webroot application installed (Support Teams are quick to blame installed security software, for a plethora of things that they cannot resolve). I am not aware of any other reports of this happening but just make sure try uninstalling the Webroot application (as you can always reinstall it after the restore if required), and see if that allows the restore to take place.
I am afraid that this is all I can suggest at present as I am not an Phone user myself...but perhaps either one of our Apple Gurus@ might be able to offer some additional advice on this, or you could Open a Support Ticket to get the Support Team to investigate the issue for you?
I hope that helps?
Regards, Baldrick

Hello @ ,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
I have had Webroot block my restore on my iPad where Apple Support finally figured out that Webroot was blocking my restore. But I was using Webroot Business Antivirus.
But there is not a Webroot Antivirus program for an iPhone or iPad. So I don't see how Webroot can block your iPhone restore.
You can check your iPhone Settings/Gerneral /Profiles, Device Management and see if something is blocking your restore.
If you feel Webroot is the culprit which I don't see how because all you can run is the Webroot Secure Web Browser on an iPhone/iPad. Or if you have Webroot Password Manager/ and Backup &Sync which only comes with Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete. Then uninstall Webroot programs by deleting them. As I was saying you can do as@ mentioned and that is to Submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with a Webroot subscription.
Hope this helps?
Thank you Baldrick for the ping. ;)
