can I do a "full system" scan with webroot?

Yes you can do a Full scan.

If I may add to what Sherry has posted...please take a look at this KB Article that explains the difference between a 'deep' scan and a 'full' scan in respect of WSA where the former is the 'recommended' scan to run.
