THe best way to communicate with the SupportTeam is to Open a Support Ticket; the ticketing system is manned (or should that be peopled) 24/7 where as the phone lines are...well...not. So you could try that as an alternative.

 

Out of interest I am not quite sure why you would need to be asking the Tech SupportTeam for a Security Code? If it is the one that you need to access your web console (HERE) and you are requesting it because you have forgotten it then you can reset it by clikcing on the 'Forgotten Password?' link to the right of the 'Login' button and then selecting the 'I forgot my security code' button...and then following the instructions to reset it.
