I just renewed my service but it still says it has expired. What do i need to do?

Did you renew directly through Webroot or did you renew through Best Buy / Geek Squad?  

 

What date did the software expire on prior to your renewal?

software expires 5/1/20 and I renewed on 4/27/20. My receipt says geek squad. Will it automatic renew?


I never got an email saying it was going to expire. I always look at the scan process.
