Can someone please tell me if this is a legetimate program or Malware/Virus. Webroot does not catch it during a Full Scan & a safe mode quick scan. Thanks! Margaret

Hi ragweed,
We would need the actual MD5 of the program to investigate. It might be an addon or Potentially Unwanted App (PUA), but we will be able to tell you for sure after Opening a Support Ticket.

Thanks Mike! I filled out a support ticket. I am waiting to see what they say. Getting ads like crazy on IE eleven but, not on Firefox!
Perfect, thank you for the update and your patience! :D
Some one in HQ found it to be a nasty threat. I scanned again just now & webroot caught it. Its called pua.chatzum, whatever that is & put it in Quarantine & also blocked it. I did get this stange red checkmark that said: AN ERROR HAS OCCURED: EXCEPTION HAS BEEN THROWN BY THE TARGET OF AN INVOCATION! ??
PUA is not really a nasty but look a there terms of service! http://chatzum.com/terms.html

Googling reviealed a trojan on some sites. Different companies call things different names. Just like SAS calls cookies a threat.
