My original saved login information does not work, it's all there in credentials manager, but does not autofill, nor does it ask me to save anymore.  Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

As you have posted in the Antivirus forum I am assuming that the login/credential information that you are referring to resides in a browser rather than the Webroot Password Manager.

 

If that is the case then please advise as to which browser you are using when you experience this issue.
