Hello ?
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Would you please do an uninstall/clean reinstall of Webroot which will only take 5 minutes. Just to make sure Webroot is installed correctly after a Win 10 upgrade.
Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
Thanks,
BD

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
BD
Hi teececoleman
Welcome to the Community Forum.
And if I may just to what BD has proposed...if that does not resolve the issue then I would suggest that you trying diabling WSA's protection temporarily to see if it is indeed WSA causing the issue. To do this just right click on the WSA icn in the notification area, select 'Shur down Protection', enter the CAPTCHA characters requested & click OK.
Then check to see how your system is responding...if there is no change then it is most likely not WSA causing what yo are seeing in terms of slowness. Either way please make sure that you reenable WSA ASAP thereafter by double clicking on the WSA desktop icon.
Do post back and let us know what you find and if necesary we would be able to offer additional assistance if required.
Hope that this helps further?
