For the past couple days my Internet in Google Chrome has become sluggish.

 

I have noticed that every time I open up chrome now a message comes up on my Webroot saying identity shield or something like that and considering that i have no problems with he Internet else where I have a feeling that webroot is limiting my Internet usage on chrome for some reason. 

 

anyone know why this would be and how i can fix it?
