I typed a plea to leave me alone into the search box and he replied by tossing up a couple of screens about anxiety as a mental illness. Yesterday he tried to force me to sign up for a music service which I didn't want, but there was no way out of the screen. I finally used the windows key to get out. If anyone has a method to get me out of this mess, I would appreciate it. I have a Lenovo Win 8.1 Thanks.

In this circumstance Sherry's advice is the best course of action as I think that you need professional help with this issue.
I take it that you have scanned with WSA? If so then what was the result...you are bound to be asked this by Support so as well to make sure you are prepared.
Of course, until the issue can be resolved make sure that you DO NOT use the system for anything of a sensitive nature, such as banking, etc., or anything where you need to use a password you cannotbeasily change by some other means.
