Why is webroot IS still asking for machine to be activated?

Is this a brand new subscription? If it is a renewal did you add time to your old subscription or did you get a new subscription and, therefore, a new key code.

Thank You i have the same problem, I cant register and I cant activate my account. I am sorry I sent away for a full subscription why cant they fix this. and this is just the 14 day trial. When I get the 1 yr in the mail I sure hope that one works, which I doublt knowing it was made for windows 10. I have windows 7.

Sorry to hear about your issues.
Just to precise...WSA was not made for Windows 10...it runs with all version of Windows from Windows Xp upwards, and very well too...so there should be no issues there.
I would await the arrival of your 1 yr subscription and at that time look to activate the keycode that comes with that as follows:

and then:

Then try to set up your online account following the guidelines in this KB Article. Hopefully that will sort things out for you but if not then please post back.

I had to go to the my Administrator user account to set up all my users to activate it. it just wasnt working yesterday for some reason... what ever the problem was it worked today. :D
