 when I surf EBAY, I suddenly get, from time to time, one of the 3 following messages: "403 forbidden"   or " you don't permission to access on this server" or I get what looks like a Chinese EBAY page- all 3 massages stop my surfing.

There is no WEBROOT indication of a virus or a Trojan horse.

Any advise?? What is it ? how do I  get rid of this trouble.
