Hi,
I have recently submitted a suspicious file to Webroot through the Webroot software (Under Utilities , Submit File option).
The upload completed successfully, however is there a way to do a follow up on this file ?, since no support ticket was created along with it.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi Carlos
Not as far as I know...this is what I have found when I have used the facility on a number of occassions. If you have an idea as to how to improve the functionality why not go to the 'Ideas Exchange' and let us hear about it...;)
Regards
Baldrick

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. It's too bad no feedback is provided.
If I think of something I'll post it in the Ideas Exchange.

Carlos

Hello Carlos,
No information is collected when using the Submit File option within the WSA client that would allow us to provide feedback on submitted files. If you wish to receive feedback you can also submit a support ticket with the filename that was submitted through the client and any additional information you wish to provide on why it was submitted.
Thanks,
-Dan
