I keep getting a message at random times in the bottom right of my screen that says "Software downloaded. Install now or later." I run scans every night. I always choose later. How can I get rid of this apparent threat? I cannot close the text box containing the message. I can only choose between "Install Now" or "Install Later".
Please help.

Hi Kolbe1
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Well done for not succumbing to the temptation to install without more information...many would not.
Do you have any indication in the popup as to from what provenance the supposedly downloaded software is from? Also have you had a look at the usual download locations on your system or if there is any indication in the popup as to that then in that location also? You would be looking for unexpected content/files, etc.
What we need to do is to find out if the indication that something has been download is correct or if it is just an attempt to make you click something that will then undertake the download.
