Was just wondering if Webroot might release a version for Docker. If not, is there a way using the routers ports to direct traffic through the pc before reaching the nas leting webroot the chance of stopping a threat???

I highly doubt Webroot will provide a release for Docker, and as for the way of porting the traffic through the PC for Webroot to scan, that is a very simple no. It’s not designed for that at all.
