Hello Spashal443, welcome to the Community
As a non Norton user, the best advice I can muster would be to simply remove the Nortons. Since you have WSA, I would see little reson to keep the Nortons on the computer at this time. I will note that the best way to remove Norton is often through the use of the Norton Removal Tool

Hi Spashal443
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Just to supplement what David advised, if I may, may I ask if you are of have recently been a Norton user and are either using WSA & Norton at the same time, or have recenlty removed Norton and moved over to WSA?
In the case of the latter, i.e., you have removed Norton recently, it is possible it was not completely uninstalled properly and so it would be advisable to download & run the Norton Removal Tool (can be obtained from this site).
Please do come back and let us know how you geet on and if this advice was of assistance, as it helps us in helping other users in the future.
Regards, Baldrick
