Hello all,
I'm running a trial of Webroot, and it has picked up and quarantined a threat. In the Quarantine tab, it lists the name of the file, but I can not find the name or type of threat its dealing with any where in the UI. Saving a threat log also only shows the file name, but not the name or type of threat. Any ideas?
Cheers,
Paul

Hi robotProdigy
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am afraid that the onlynthingnthat you can do if the Threat Log does not give you enough information would be to unquarantine the file in question (not a good idea) and submit it to Webroot for analysis via the 'Submit Files' option in WSA (Utilities - gear/cog > Reports > Submit Files).
The returned analysis should provide details of the associated infection or malware designation.
