Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum,
Trojan.Gen.SMH is strictly called ior identified a sTrojan Horse. Such Trojan is a self-contained and standalone computer virus that mainly takes advantage of vulnerable Internet and emails to initiate infiltration. By self reproducing to Host Application, Trojan.Gen.SMH is capable of connecting itself to designated web sites/ server to load down complementary vicious items or transfer collected information or generating vicious keys under Root section to enable unauthorized access from hackers directly.

Hello! Please do what Sherry said and create a Support Ticket free of charge.
If I may ask though, how do you know that yoru computer is infected? What did you use or what did you run that is showing an infection?
EDIT: We must have replied at the same time, as I saw what you said you used right after my reply posted. Please create a support ticket. Reimage may be a reputable company, but I always hesitate a little when a company claims to find something that a good AV does not, and wants to charge for its removal. Please let us knwo how it goes and if your PC was really infected.

I was running a speed test and came across reimage limited and downloaded their virus software and initiated it. It came up with 2 trojans but only displayrd one name. WR did not pick it up.
Yeah, I would create a support ticket just to make sure. However those companies make money off of removing "infections" from computers, so I do not fully trust their detection methods. Let one of the experts at webroot suppot check your computer out for you. If it truly is infected and Webroot did not pick it up, they need to know about it. If it is not infected and Reimage is just wanting your money, you want to know about it! :D@ wrote:
