I can't get Mozy to finish backups with error 1/2 way.  I clicked on webroot and there was a line that says allow MOZY to backup.  I clicked but didn't see any answer

I went to Webroot where it says talk to someone and of course nothing happens there.  How do I fis this

You can also submit a Support Ticket and have them take a look and get this sorted for you.
