When I tried to put webroot back on my computer it says I have no license and we couldn't go any further but I know I have it coz it was working 5 days ago and still working on my other computer.
Hello Debwilson57,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

This error message sounds odd to me. I'm abit confused as to why you are trying to reinstall Webroot. Is Webroot installed at all in your programs? What operating system are you using?

You might be able to do a uninstall/clean install of Webroot. Please uninstall Webroot first in the Contgrol Planel/All Programs/Webroot/Uninstall.

Can you please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Also if this  doesn't work we may have to uninstall in a different manner and we would need to know your Windows OS.
