I have two Webroot icons on my desktop. By the key code (when I click on "My account", it appears to be same version, should I delete one?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Now that is one I have not come across before.
OK, if you would first of all right click one of the icons in question (you should do the same for the other after you have done all actions for the first) and select 'Properties'. Once the Properties dialog is presented click on the General tab and check that the type of file is 'Shortcut (lnk)', then click on the General tab and look at the contents of the 'Target' boxand if it is the following:
"C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe"
for BOTH shortcuts then it is safe for you to delete one of them.
If you have anything other then the above then please not what you see in term sof the above and post back here so we can check out what you are dealing with.
