Hello moose1950,
Welcome to the Community Forum,
I'm sorry we can't help you with changing your e-mail.This needs to be done in the back office. But I'm sure this can be done by the Support Team.
To change the primary email address associated with your account. The Webroot Support team can help.Unfortunately, this action would delete any data you have stored on the My Account site, including any passwords you may have stored (Internet Security Plus and Complete versions only.)
If you choose this option, we recommend you save your data locally prior to creating the new account.
You can though submit a Support Ticket and they will work with you to change your e-mail. This is a free service with an active subscription.
Hope this helps!
Kind Regards,
