What is the easiest way to fix this? I can't access the internet. If I go to proxy settings I need host info and port, no idea.

Hello Mikebar13, welcome to the Community!
First, chances are you should not be in Proxy settings. That is an advanced setting for specific situations, for which you would have been provided the proxy settings by your ISP. This will not be the problem nor the solution here.
What type of device is having the problem? Did it start right after installing WSA on the device?

It is an Ienovo PC. Yes, as soon as I installed webroot, both Explorer and Google Chrome would not open any web pages and both had an unable to connect to proxy server message.
Thank you for the reply!
It might be something that just did not install correctly. I would like you to try a 'clean re-isntall' if you can. Just do the following:
Give it a try and let me know how it does

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Give it a try and let me know how it does
