Why didn't detect and block or delete a black box virus I now have? Scan results are always 0.

Hello jkquallsm
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Not sure what this blackbox virus you are saying you have,
My best idea would be to Submit a Support Ticket and have them check this out for you free of charge with a Webroot subscription,

Hi jkqualis
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may just add here...from my research into this it would appear that this could indicate a number of things including malware activity, but also it could be as a result of the prsence of a PUA, or Potentially Unwanted Application...a non malware app that is generally associated with adware, or even the vestiges of having another security app installed but has now been uninstalled...but not completely.
Given this Nd the inconclusive nature of the investigations the course of action recommened by Sherry is the best one to follow.
Regards, Baldrick
